General rules and conditions

By Accessing and using our website and services at revive, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions. If you do not agree please do not place an order. 

Account Registration

Please make sure to enter correct information upon the registration process to guarantee that the food is delivered to the correct address. 

To use our website and services you must create an account on our website with all the required information.

You are soley responsible for maintaining the confidentially of your personal account information, please do not share your email and password with others.

You are soley responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.

Subscription & Services

At Revive we offer a variety of meal plans and durations. our food is prepared by a professional chef using only healthy ingredients that make up a balanced and delicious meal. 

Our plans include:

Lose weight, Lifestyle, Gain muscle, old school.

  • 1 Day plan 
  • 2-week plan (12 days)
  • 4-week plan (24 days)

Meals will be delivered to the address used in the registration process. When you subscribe to our services, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees. These fees & prices are shown when choosing the specific plan and duration. 

When subscribing, please note that the date chosen as the start of the subscription will be counted as the first day of delivery. 

All meals delivered are for the following day. 

The duration of the subscription is based on your choice, 12 days, 24 days. Off days are Fridays for all subscriptions. 

 

Delivery Times

All meals will be delivered in the evening from 2pm-6pm

Delivery is subject to change on variables such as readiness of orders, traffic and weather conditions. 

Meal Selection and changes

At Revive we currently do not offer meal selection. but we provide a variety of meals every day that will not repeat. 

For meal changes please contact our customer service to inform us on which meals you dislike or would like to have on a daily basis. 

We are not responsible if you do not obtain the desired results from the subscription. 

Food Storage & Safety 

Please make sure to place the food in the fridge upon delivery to avoid any damage. The food is fresh and valid to eat up to 72 hours after delivery if stored properly in the fridge. 

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows. 

cancellation is allowed throughout the subscription period. However, if the client purchases the plan with a discount code or promotion. The original price will be charged when the client cancels the plan. Refunds take up to 5 business days.
